ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over seven years of experience in the mental health field, starting as a crisis counselor in 2016. I approach therapy from an anti-oppressive, Relational-Cultural, and Feminist lens. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is trauma-informed, identity-affirming and liberating, and focused on the therapeutic relationship. I hold the therapeutic relationship of utmost importance and will remain flexible and attentive to your individual needs.
EXPERIENCE
I have worked with people of many experiences and sociopolitical identities who struggle with various different aspects of life, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, racial identity, immigration issues, disability, family abuse/neglect, relationship issues, and internalized oppression. I conducted this work through private practices and nonprofits.
